Summary

The Integrated Brand Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of integrated brand campaigns, product launches, and strategic initiatives across channels. This role translates brand strategy into compelling creative briefs and actionable go-to-market plans, ensuring alignment across teams and delivering high-quality execution. This role works at the intersection of brand, creative, and cross-functional execution, helping ensure work moves efficiently from brief to delivery across business units (Cafe, DTC & commercial).

Responsibilities

Brand & Campaign Development

  • Lead the development of integrated marketing plans for product launches, partnerships, and key brand moments across Cafe, DTC & commercial business units.
  • Translate brand strategy into clear positioning, messaging, and channel plans
  • Develop and manage comprehensive go-to-market frameworks across Café, DTC, Social and PR support
  • Ensure all initiatives align with brand priorities and business objectives
  • Partner with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives based on impact, timing, and available resources

 

Creative Development & Briefing

  • Write and manage strategic creative briefs across channels
  • Partner closely with Creative teams throughout concept development and execution to maintain alignment from brief to final delivery
  • Provide structured, strategic feedback to ensure creative output aligns with brand standards and campaign objectives
  • Support creative reviews, alignment meetings, and approval processes

 

Creative Project & Workflow Management:

  • Manage creative intake, clarify scope, and define deliverables
  • Lead cross-functional coordination across Product, Commercial, Café, DTC and Communications teams
  • Own end-to-end campaign timelines, workbacks, and asset delivery schedules across channels in partnership with creative and stakeholders.
  • Identify risks and proactively manage dependencies to ensure seamless execution
  • Maintain clear project documentation, status updates, approvals, and final asset tracking

 

Performance & Optimization

  • Define campaign KPIs in partnership with key stakeholders
  • Monitor performance and gather post-launch insights
  • Apply learnings to continuously improve activation effectiveness

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or creative project management
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Demonstrated experience leading product launches or multi-channel campaigns
  • Strong creative brief writing and messaging capabilities
  • Experience collaborating with in-house creative teams and/or agencies
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in CPG, food & beverage, or lifestyle brands

The salary range for this full-time position is $85,000.00 - $134,200.00, + bonus + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
